Employee-Management Committee provides the final
administrative review of grievances and serves
in an advisory capacity to the Governor, the
Personnel Commission, and
the State Department of Personnel with respect
to all matters of personnel administration and
employee relations. This
committee consists of three management
representatives of State and government
